Is it normal to get depressed/low because your house isnt how you would like it

Ive been through some ups and downs, so i feel grateful to be in a home in a nice village, although my home is small and needs modernising, but i do not get depressed about it, but my girlfriend gets upset by it, lifes too short to get depressed about something like that, or?

    If you're girlfriend doesn't like your house then she needs to do something about it for herself. Put up or shut up. I hate women like that, don't complain unless you're willing to get off her arse and do something about it.
