Is it normal to get a rash 'down there' after you have sex for the first time?

I'm a guy btw, me and my girlfriend had never had sex before, and about a week ago we finally did it. I wore a condom. The morning after though I woke up with a rash.. It's basically just red blotches of skin, it hasn't gone away yet.. Could it be an allergic reaction to the condom?

    Latex allergies are not uncommon. Luckily, you can buy polyurethane condoms these days.

    It's possible but it could also be a heat rash from friction/moisture/hair. If it doesn't go away soon I'd get checked out.
