Is it normal to get a heart attack drinking and binge-eating?

So last night I got drunk, then ate about 3500 calories worth of food, in addition to the 3000 I already ate during the day. I woke up at 1am with my heart beating hard like it was trying to break my ribs.

When I got out of bed it got even worse and something felt wrong so I laid back down. Does this have something to do with blood pressure?

    overeating = heartburn most often misunderstood as a heartattack

    overdrinking = see countessdouche comment

    Drinking too much causes your blood vessels to dilate (get wider), so your heart has to pump harder and faster to circulate enough blood to your brain and body. You have to drink a lot, like too much, for this to happen...stop doing that...

    • That's a fancy term for choking on food. Obviously, I wasn't choking.

        It's not only abt choking. Heart attacks occur after binge drinking. Smarty pants!

    That's not exactly a heart attack, but drinking can increase your blood pressure, and I've noticed when I eat a lot at once my heart beats harder temporarily.

    You know, I actually started having a similar reaction post-drinking, and since then I've decided to drink less
