Is it normal to gag a lady during sex to prevent noise

Females can be noisy during sex and this can be embarrasing when outsiders hear it. Is it normal to cover the mouth a female partner during sex with an handkerchief, cloth or any gagging material like cello tape etc to avoid people from outside or nieghbor from hearing her mourning sounds.?

    Female's can be as noisy as males or as quite as a male during sex. Gagging them is ridiculous unless asked for -__-
