Is it normal to find wearing bras annoying?

They feel like the most uncomfortable thing ever to wear!! The moment I put one on I want to take it off immediately. It always pokes into you and the straps fall down and if it has frills on it they get itchy. I feel like I can get away with not wearing one since I'm pretty flat chested, so is it normal to hate wearing bras?

    I stopped wearing bras about 2 years ago. Not only that, but they did make an article about a discovery that bras don't even help breasts to begin with. Bras make the breast tissue weaker over time, which makes your breasts saggier over time. The benefits of not wearing a bra means that the tissue will strengthen over time (because it's learning to go against gravity without the unnecessary support) and your breasts will not sag as quickly.

    I hate them too..LET'S ALL GO BRALESS forever!! Wooohooo! Except exercising..you can't go braless with exercise or it will hurt like a muthaf&cka.

      It doesn't hurt when you have small boobs but they still swing around and that's annoying.

    I would try wearing reuseable adhesive bras. You can find them at walmart usually. No straps, no hooks, no nothin. Only difficulty is trying to get them on even. They dont hurt when you take them off.
