Is it normal to find gay men irritating if you are gay your self?

I'm an openly gay man who is perfectly comfortable and happy with my sexuality, but you wouldn't know I was gay unless you asked. But when I speak to a man who is stereotypically gay, limp wristed actions, overly feminine voice just what most people would consider the stereotypical "Fairy" I find my self extremely irritated. As a homosexual man, is this normal?

    Some people are just like that. I can get that certain ways people are, the way they talk, their mannerisms, etc, can be irritating and there's nothing wrong with finding it irritating but it's something you're going to have to get used to.

    I don't like the noises people make when they eat but I like the sight of someone eating. Regardless, I'm not going to make them stop eating. :3

      I am tolerant of people who are like this, and have many friends like it too. I was just wondering if the average normal acting gay man finds it as irritating as I do.

    There's a difference between a homosexual, and a faggot. I like gay people but faggots just piss me off. They're the kind of people that just HAVE to let everybody know what kind of person they are. I've seen straight people act like this too. WE GET IT YOU NEED ATTENTION! NOW SIT THE FUCK DOWN!

    I get what you mean and I find people like that irritating too. It has nothing to do with sexuality, there are enough straight people who act obnoxious too :P

    I don't think I'd fit into the gay community either. Then again, I'm not a people person anyway.

      I'm a bottom, but can top. I prefer to bottom far more though, so I wouldn't call my self a switch.
