Is it normal to feel weird that your girlfriend is doing dangerous drugs?

Well I was coming back to my home country and when I arrived I got a text message from my girlfriend telling me about her day. One of the things she did was inhale a dangerous drug that could kill her. The second I read that I just felt weird inside. I felt kind of angry, sad, depressed and confused as to why she would do that. When I confronted her about it, she didn't understand why I felt bad and argued against my point. I was only concerned about her health and honestly thought it was a bit irresponsible to do what she did. She had taken the same drug before and had bad experiences but insisted on trying it again. is it normal that I feel this way?

Id say run. Run away it would just probably cause you more pain in the end. Ihad a girlfriend that had a drug history. One of the worst breakups I ever had! Sometimes you can't help those that don't wanna be helped. Sadly that's just the way it is. Good luck and I wish you luck

    I'm guessing whip-its or dusters... that's dumb.

You seem to be caring more about her than her, herself.

I've done drugs before but I feel the same way, I felt weird that my boyfriend did speed when I wasn't there. Even when he smokes weed and drinks with our friends and I'm not there I feel weird.

You have to approach her on her level man. You have to be like hey I know this drug is real fun and all that but if you stop mething it up on the sofa there I'll take you for a ride in the truck

Is it meth or crack, or something in that category? If so, yes it's normal to be worried.

I've been with people who did it and I worried myself sick although nothing (too) bad ever happened. A friend of mine will take anything she is offered in a club. Any pill without even knowing what it is. She's still alive.

I'm not saying all drugs are safe, by the way. Just that you can't stop people living how they want to live. I do understand your point, though, because I've been through it and it's not nice.

Boy oh boy, do I know that feeling. :\
Don't stand for it if you're not comfortable with it. I tried reasoning with an ex when she was doing things I didn't improve of (it wasn't drug-related but still), she didn't really seem to understand the concept of compromise.
