Is it normal to feel this way when my boyfriend's in prison?

Okay so here's the deal, The man I truly love is in jail, I'm going through so much emotions, I'm slowly breaking down inside, I love him so much and I FREAKING refuse to loose him now,He recently wrote me a letter very sweet* he wants one back and I just don't know what to say or how to start this letter, should I pretend I'm happy or should I tell him how I truly feel about the whole situation, I'm just afraid he does something stupid the man is sharing a cell with 20 other men, and most of them are murderers, Really don't know what to do here

    i would telll him how ur feeling but tone it down, im sure hes upset enough as is..but then again there is not much details so thats all i got...

    Usually hello is a good start! Tell him how you feel, how you are worried. Ask him, if you can pick him up when he gets our.

    Or go visit him

    Tell him how you truly feel and tell him that you love him. Maybe your letters will help him through this tough time.

    I don't know why he is in jail but maybe he is not the one who you expect him to be!

    If you really love him but feel uncomfortable; tell him!
    But be careful and take care no one of you both gets hurt!
