Is it normal that I found out my fiancée has been cheating and I really don't care.
I don't feel any particular way about it like not hurt, don't wanna cry...absolutely nothing.

I'd say you're probably in a state of shock. It has an emotional anesthetic effect and will only fade if you are ready to face the messy situation.
Could you be in shock?
Or denial? I know you've admitted it, but have you entirely thought through the consequences of what it implies?
You should write out (to yourself) the potential consequences that his actions could have on your future. Project a month, six months, a year, two, five, and ten years into the future. Think about what you'll do the next time you catch him cheating.
Do you not love him? If not, it is normal to not care.
Or, he treats you so egregious that you have become desensitized to everything he does.
Whatever it is, by the sounds of it, he is not the guy you should be with.
