My ex cheated and left me for the person they cheated with, they didn't talk to me or breakup with me they just simply disappeared. We had been together for a very long time and they had a pattern of doing this instead of talking to me, lets just say they broke my heart a lot.

I made the stupid mistake of looking at my exes social media account and they posted a picture a few days ago with them. I feel really hurt, I guess it's sinking in what they did and how careless they were with me and our relationship. I'm realizing they never loved me.

I'm having a really hard time dealing with this and sadly they're boasting about it and doing petty things to hurt me.

How would you go about getting over someone who broke your heart and is flaunting their new relationship in your face?

    On social media isn't exactly in your face you have a choice to look or not. But your better off without someone like that. Thats all you need to know to gey over them.

      It was the comment with the post, along with in person encounters of them laughing and speaking loudly so I'll notice them and going to places they know I'm going to be at.

      My ex knows it's hurting me, the moment I stopped giving them that satisfaction they started the gloating and doing things to make me upset.

    Honestly, when I see people like that, I feel sorry for them. Think about it, they must be pretty unsatisfied with themselves that they have to try and make you feel like shit. I was in love with someone, and they turned me away and went for someone else. It hurt but honestly now I feel bad for them because come on, it's not hard to spot a shit relationship.

    Block him on every social media you can and you will notice you will start to forget them and feel happier. I really do hope you end up okay because heart break is one of the worst pains. Stay strong, please forget them.
