ok so im being called this because im 20 and never dated or had sex and not going to anytime soon,not really my thing but there is a part of me that wants to,and i am atrated to some girls. does this make me asexual?
No, it means sex ain't the most important thing in your life. I'm the same way, even though I'm a guy. I've been offered sex before from a girl, but I turned em down cause I don't want some cheap f*ck. I prioritize, and ya probably do the same. Good luck to ya~
You are not asexual, you just have not been comfortable enough and in the circumstances that would make you such, to follow through. Sex can be very biochemical, and later more phsyical, and later more expressional. But it, like many things in life, needs to grow and develop. If you are timid, then dont press yourself just because some imaginary clock is ticking, you will only confuse yourself. Its a natural thing, and nature will take its course, start with getting close to someone you trust, and then talk about it. Thats all.
Most sexual people have prowess to get laid. Nurturing that prowess is rather important to get orientated with. So You maybe an Onanist by Now because You are used to Your hand for sexual release. There are some Asexuals that Masturbate on occasion but they usually don't partake in their genitals for the most part. I didn't have prowess in My Teens either, I phapped it!
I would say that you are asexual, though I am not you and I don't know anything other than what you posted here. If you are under the grey-asexual umbrella, you may want to have sex sometimes, but most of the time that is not something you want. Good luck :)
I think people push others into having sex more often than they would feel necessary. Sex seems more about peer pressure than anything else
