Is it normal to sometimes even several times a week, feel social and bubbly and then actually hanging out with most people is uncomfortable as hell.
Could be because everyone is on their goddamn phones, paying $50-$100/mo to like Memes, or googling something to try to win an argument.
Its like, I used to be social, now people piss me the fuck off, they lack any sort of interest and have nothing to offer.

Yeah I'm coming off as an ass but idgaf, I'm just wondering if anyone else feels the same sometimes, feeling like you should be or need social activity and then a reality hangout happens and you wanna kick them out of your front door and lock yourself in for several days until you break down again and keep making those social mistakes.

    We usually make a point of calling out an individual on their phone in a social group. The only reason for passing that shit is if you are texting your mom or your SO or it is directly related to the conversation. Otherwise fuckoff lol.

    I get how you feel but I avoid these people and hang out exclusively with the ones that offer some good shit. Try it, it might make you a bit less sour at the world.

      The only people tbh that I regularly hang out with are people I've known for 10+ years, since most of them do play on their phones but also know how to connect properly in social situations.
