Is it normal to feel like you dont recognize your face when you look in mirror

When I see myself in the mirror I think wow that's me? Its as if my personality or mind doesnt belong to my body. An it feels weird like alienish since I Dont recognize my own face. Anyone ever feel like that?

    Totally normal. Maybe it's a matter of your perception of your own self, once reflected back at you, doesn't match your original perception.

    Check into depersonalization disorder. Unlikely, but possible.

    Ye this always happens to me. I'll be in front of a mirror and just stop and be like WOW... this is me.

    YES!!! OMG, yes. I have these episodes all the time. It's perfectly normal, or so I've been told.
