Is it normal to feel like this after sleeping a long time?
So sometimes on my days off work I will sleep in until 3pm ( I know that's not normal but I love sleeping) Anyways when I wake up it still feels like everything is a dream. And I feel kind of sad. I'm not really sure how to describe it because I know everything is real life but when I oversleep and wake up it's as if I'm distant from everything in the world and it doesn't seem real to me?
