Is it normal to feel guilty after touching things after masturbating/sex?

I always wash my hands afterwards, but if I accidentally forget to not use my elbow to touch the doorknob, I'll feel immensely guilty and spend the next 20 minutes scrubbing the doorknob. Same with the water tap and anything I accidentally touch.

    I think it's good that you don't spread bodily fluids, some people are really dirty and nasty.

      Right, but isn't it a bit too much to actually feel guilty about it? I mean, by the sound of it, there are people out there doing way more nasty stuff than I do. Not that I don't regularly scratch my ass before I realize I scratched my ass, of course. Just an example.

    You said you wash your hands afterwards, so there's nothing to feel bad about. Masturbation is a perfectly healthy thing to do.
