I feel terrible when I finish in my wife because I feel like I'm giving her my STD that she doesn't know about. I found out about it a month ago and didn't use protection about five times... I was planning on withdrawing but screwed up a few times.
It's actually illegal in some countries to have sex having an STD without telling the other person involved.

Please tell her. Just think of all the hard work and ups and downs you have had while married to her. Also find a way to tell her about your permiscuity. Please get some marraige counseling. Talk to your pastor. We all have sinned in life. I am going to ask God to show you the way to recover from this sexual addiction. This is why I perfer to not be intimate. My ex's infadelity did alter my lifestyle as well. Please dont let your infection be life altering for your family. If you and her have had children you do know that her body is the gateway to life. Your beautiful children came out of her. Why would any married man cause an infection on his own wife. I will pray for you? I pray that all will be ok
