Is it normal to feel excited and nervous when getting a notification

Everytime I get a notification, I feel so nervous and excited at the same time. It is thrilling. You whether get a lovely comment or a bashing comment. It makes my stomach hurt so bad that I have a reason to rush to the toilet. That red number on your notification whether says to you, prepare to meet your inner doom honey or sweet comments for you sweetie. Do you think it's normal? I never get this kind of feeling yet when receiving a notification. is it normal notification really causes my blood to run cold. Do you have the same feeling like mine?

        The way you described your experience was cute.

        I've made a handful of stories that are absolute fertilizer and each time I received a notification I wondered if it was an angry remark about my trolling. Maybe I can relate to what you're feeling, even though I haven't felt it to the same degree.

    I feel similar to that but I attribute it to my anti-social behaviour making me not used to situations like these. Plus I get happy someone wants to talk to me
