Is it normal to feel confused and out of touch with reality during your period?

I'm 28 and never really had this problem before, but lately during my period I cannot focus on reality to the point I am walking around in a daze, I don't sleep or eat much because it's like I'm in a fantasy world

Why are you on IIN? You need to see a real doctor about this. And no it’s not normal.

Yeah. I’m really bad on my period too. It’s a lack of iron. So eat some steak. ☺️

          • Also. If you're ok with eating organ meats, chicken gizzards and cow liver is an absolute haven when you're menstruating. Makes me feel like I'm at 200% again!

            • Oooh that sounds good. Do you prepare it a certain way or just eat it on its own?

I'm actually not sure, but I personally feel good when I eat beef.
