Is it normal to feel at competition with my stepbrother over my stepsister?

first, I would like to say that I am madly in love with my Stepsister (I have another is it normal about that) but that is aside the point at the moment. The whole deal is that I feel at competition with my Stepbrother over her because he does things that make me want to punch him. He is two years younger than me and my Stepsister. he does really creepy things like she has found some of her underwear in his room and he is always trying to touch her butt and I just want to hurt him when he does this stuff. But, whenever he does this stuff, she kicks him in the balls and turns to me and we talk about how creepy he is. Can I get any feedback about what you think I should do?

    You should hug your stepsister with your face mashed against her bosom and say, "Have no fear; I will not let that creep do anything to you!"

    If she asks what you are doing, say you are protecting her.

    If she kicks your junk--you will hurt.
