Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation in the head seemingly randomly?

I sometimes feel a weird tingling sensation around my scalp or in the back of my head, seemingly at random times since I can't really make a connection to what causes it. It's not unpleasant but I wouldn't say it's exactly pleasant either, it just happens lol.

Pins and needles possibly? Could be normal, or could be indicative of something wrong.

I get random headaches and weird sensations like tingling in my head (and other parts of my body) at different times too. For me it tends to be triggered by stress or anxiety.
Stuff like that is usually harmless but can be annoying or uncomfortable.

  • I get those too

I usually attribute it to a nearby part of my brain being active

Probably will sound phony, but I can also like emit a pulse in my brain and think about everything on my mind in conjunction with where the tingle was and how it felt and give myself an answer I'm comfortable with in regards to the cause

It's usually something important I'm mulling over on a back burner, and there's usually a feeling that goes along with it, but that feeling goes away quickly after I realize what's going on

I also take like a mental check on my heart rate, breathing, like a lot of things

At one point I would have felt the tingle and just think a hair was falling out or something lol
