Is it normal to feel a shiver down your spine when you're anticipating emotion?

Specifically in movies.

Say that I've seen a movie before, and I know a scene is about to come up.

It could be a sad scene, like someone finding out a loved one passed on.

Or maybe a heart warming scene like when they all start singing on the bus in Almost Famous and Penny says "You are home".

Either way, I end up feeling a chill down my spine, as if that's my response to emotion. wth? Anyone else?
