Is it normal to feel a sense of achievement when i miss a day of eating?
Basically, I've always been like this. I have this thing where I can miss days of eating and it motivates me to stop eating even more! I'm not a big eater anyway and I really do like not eating! I like not eating, I feel so happy when I haven't eaten, it's like giving a child the toy they've always wanted... Is this normal?
