Hey guys..

        Well, it's unhealthy to still gratifying yourself to the thought of your girl, and it's extremely disrespectful of your current partner. You're basically training your mind, and body to want your ex partner back via the dopamine response you get through self abuse. Honestly, this is like you're mentally cheating on your current partner Maybe you're not cheating on your partner, but you're doing it mentally, and possibly emotionally.
