Is it normal to explain things out loud while you are doing something.

As if a person were watching you an were confused, do you ever explain something out loud? Such as you make a mistake while you are all alone and you say something such as "i meant to do that" or even do actions to make it look like you meant to do that.

Or maybe something that you know well that is confusing to some people, you explain it out loud.
