Its very normal to eat raw meats such as beef and fish. As long as they are fresh it is safe, although with anything raw you assume the risk it MAY make you sick. But prepared in the right ways or by themselves can be quite delicious. However, poultry and pork can make you extremely sick or infect you with parasites if the meat is tainted with those things. (Some do some don't but the chances run high) Enjoy your raw meat.....just be safe about it.
If you're okay to being exposed to parasites and tape worms then there's no problem with it. But then again, I'm not a genius when it comes to this stuff. I mean this guy's been eating raw meat for 5 years.

The French serve raw meat, steak tartar, and it's absolutely delicious. But they use a very special meat from an animal raised without antibiotics and chemicals in the feed. If you are eating regular steak from a supermarket, you are most likely ingesting some pretty wicked shit in that meat.
if its handled right its fine
git good stuff from a butcher and dont eat hamburg
dont try it with chicken or pork
yall can order a steak pittsburgh rare which is barely warm or steak tartare but lotsa places wont do that no more cause theyre afraid yalls gonna git sick and sue em
