Sometimes when I want to spoil myself I eat raw cake batter. It's so much better than actual cake. I started using egg substitute so there's no risk of salmonella.

    The thing u have to consider is that the uncooked ingredients in cake batter are not good for your tummy if you are eating more than just a lick of the spoon quantity. This includes the consumption of ungelatinized starches etc.
