It takes twenty minutes for the guts to signal the brain the satiety response. You should eat slower and try to focus whether you are really hungry or not.
Are you on any medication? When I started my old anti depressants, i wouldn't stop eating, then my body grew faster then my skin, and got stretch marks. So be carful
i have the same problem, i never feel full so i keep eating and its causing me to gain weight.
anyways, try eating slower to allow your body to catch up to what you've eaten and also to feel more full you need to eat alot of protein. try eating more meat, cheese, tuna, milk etc. i've also just started trying adding a protein drink as a beverage with my meals to help me get full and it helps! if all you're eating is carbs you'll keep needing more carbs and you'll keep overeating. so try the protein thing it should help. otherwise maybe try seeing a dietician. i went to see one and she basically told me what i just told you lol. hope this helps a bit!
also, there are pre-made protein drinks you can buy that come in little containers that gives you just the right amount of protein and nutrients you need that helps you feel more full and also is healthy for you. try Boost drinks for that. they also taste pretty good like chocolate milk lol :)
Over eating can result in some serious weight gain, you should try to stop.
Time to excercise buddy. It's not always fun but if your gonna eat and eat and not turn into the 600 pound guy who can't get out of his bed, your gonna have to burn some calories.
