Is it normal to eat a whole box of donuts on a regular basis
Once or twice a week I get a dozen donuts and eat them in the space of about an hour, with lots of milk. Is this bad considering I usually eat lots of natural food (homemade burgers, frozen fries cooked in only vegetable oil, no animal fats, lots of fresh vegetables like potatoes with real butter (not the conola margarine crap) etc. Is it okay to binge a little?
