I like eggs too but I can only eat them occasionally because they cause me digestive issues.
I once ate 10 eggs one evening (if I remember correctly; it was thereabouts anyway). I whisked them and cooked them in the oven, and I remember feeling really full afterwards.
10 is the highest number of eggs I take in one day, and I never go below 4. Often I eat them along with nuggets, which I love just as much as eggs. I cant resist their taste, and typing this makes me want get one now. But what really worries me is the stuffs about eggs being high on cholesterol, which is bad. I have also heard people saying that the whole egg-cholesterol correlation is a myth. Can you guys give some info regarding that...
And even if eggs are high on cholesterol, I wont care a bit. I have never been one of those over concerned with health, and life is short anyway so I believe in eating all I want, and all I love, and theres nothing I love more than eggs.
Different people will give differing statements on whether cholesterol-rich eggs are good for you.
I may be too biased on the subject. I believe egg yolk is one the healthiest foods. If you want info that goes agaisnt conventional thinking regarding cholesterol, you can do a search for Uffe Ravnskov.
I always eat around the yolk. If it's runny fine but the texture of hardboiled yolk is horrible
I also love omelettes enjoy hard boiled eggs too. But I agree, the hard boiled egg yolk texture aint that good. Omlettes have the best texture.
