Is it normal to drink vodka with water?

I do this constantly when i'm out of OJ as I have always hated fizzy drinks. Here's hoping i'm not alone :)

    I've found the ideal combination is 1/4 water, 1/4 vodka and 1/2 whatever mixer you so choose. Completely kills the gag-inducing burn :3

    Yeah I guess water would make VoDKa taste less strong. Maybe I'll try that.

    Sure. Lots of people drink vodka waters. For some it's because the water tones down the burn. And for others it's a low-cal drink and mixing with water allows them to drink it without getting sh!tface too fast. Occasionally, I'll pour a nice vodka and put one ice cube in it to keep it cool and the dilution is gradual and minimal.
