Does the tea/coffee have caffeine? If so, that will cause your teeth to yellow easier, can cause a list of bad things to certain organs(caffeine does that) and can hurt your heart. But tbh, there are people out there who drink 20 cups of coffee today and miraculously survive. So i'd say the amount you drink in terms of caffeine is normal.
It should normal and healthy. I drink about 2-3 cups of decaf and a big can of organic green tea or I'll drink about 3-4 cups of tea. I feel healthier and better, then when I'd basically drink allot of caffeinated coffee and nothing else. You should look up the health benefits.
Since you drink so much tea and coffee, you've likely developed an immunity by now to any negative effects of caffeine. Caffeine usually only have uncomfortable side effects to people who are not used to it, so you shoulld be fine in this area.
Tea and coffee can stain your teeth. So make sure you brush well, and you might consider using whitening tooth paste from now on. Some people always drink tea and coffee with a straw so it will go past your teeth.
It also depends on what you add to your drinks. If you use lots of sugar and fattening creams, that's no good. I'd recomend using some low fat milk and adding some raw honey to only a couple cups everyday. Try to drink everything else unsweetened. I suggest the raw honey because it has a great flavor, and it also contains antioxidants unlike sugar and processed honey.
I've heard about that kidney stone thing, don't know much about it. Best to talk to your doctor and look at your family to see if it runs in your genes.
Finally, once you get everything else out of the way, you should be getting some health benefits out of this. Coffee and tea(especially green tea!) contain healthy antioxidants that are said to boost immunity and help prevent cancer. Their's tons of info on this online, so start reading, and keep enjoying your tea and coffee. It's definetly better than soda.
"No it is not
Drinking too much tea can negatively affect your body. I had kidney stones and my doctor told me that tea drinking can be one of the causes of that problem.

It depends if you have sugar in them... If you do then it may cause weight gain but apart from that I've no idea
