    In computer science there is something called the "Balmer Peek". It is the amount of alcohol required to make a regular programmer into a super human programmer. This amount is between 0.128 and 0.135 blood alcohol level. However, because the amount is so exact (the difference between 0.128 and 0.135 being less then one drink for your average computer programmer) you can't just give a computer programming team a year's supply of Jack Daniels and tell them to get cracking. That's how Microsoft Windows happens.
