Is it normal to do this to my friend?!

Ok I was on omegle with some random guy and we were talking about girls and stuff so I sent him some nudes on one of my friends (girl) and as I sent them my friend texted me saying "hey can you do me a favor". Idk if I'm just being paranoid but what if it was actually her or someone she knew?? I'm scared to reply to her. What do you guys think? What should I do? Please help???
