so most the time when I have nothing to do I'll buy some flour and brown sugar, mix them together in a load of plastic bags, and then find some junkies, where I will proceed to throw a baggie onto the ground and watch them fight over it. I generally do this 20-30 times depending on how funny it continues to be.

Is this perfectly legal?

    If I was you I would be afraid of getting hurt real bad by the bad guys, and If undercover DEA agents saw that you could be cuffed and stuffed and even end up dead before they knew it was a joke.
