Is it normal to develop a crush in an innocent, non sexual way?

Its weird but I find this girl absolutely adorable ! She's actually a work colleague who I don't know very well.
I've never seen anyone with such an amazing gorgeous smile! She's just so cute! I'm a female and not into the whole bi sexual thing and I like guys.
I find it weird but I think I have an innocent girl crush but its nothing sexual. IIN?
