Is it normal to despise organised religions but don't dislike their followers?

I deeply despise organised religions since I believe that they cause a lot of hate and conflict all over the world. However, I don't dislike their followers. I'm nice to them as long as they are nice to me and don't try to convert me or look down on me.

    Of course it's normal. Most people aren't even responsible for the fact that they have been indoctrinated into a religion in the first place.
