Is it normal to delete photos that are all related to you ex after you broke up

If you can, I believe it's best to. Otherwise you end up crying over them just when your date you finally got to come home with you happens to walk in the room. You'll still get lucky with them - but it's BAD lucky, not good lucky.

I always keep everything but lock it up and avoid looking at it etc. Who knows if I'm over her and with someone else I'd enjoy looking at it again. It's still part of your past.

Its definitely normal when my ex and I broke up I deleted every pic every message he ever sent me and his number from my phone I also removed him from friendlist of all my social network sites facebook etc there's just no point in hanging on especially if the breakup was not mutual best to start fresh seeing reminders of your ex can definitely make you more depressed

I like to burn them. Very soothing.

yeah i do that too. when i broke up with my last boyfriend, i burned all the pictures and letters i had of him. no point in hanging on to the past. turns out he kept all my pictures and letters he had from / of me which kinda freaked me out. makes me feel like he isnt over me and probably still wacks off to my pictures.

I do it. I get rid of every photo, every stuffed animal, pretty much everything they gave me or that reminds me of them I burn or throw away. Because I agree there is no point in keeping trash like that. Once you are done with someone you are done.

I throw mine out. Helps with the healing process.
