Is it normal to create universes or lives in my head that i would prfer to live

ok i have a bunch of different lives an d stories all including me that i think it would be cool to live. Sometimes i wish that i could live these lives instead of the one i live now. Most of these are inspired by movies or books or TV shows.

You and my husband would have a lot to talk about.

I wish he would create a universe in which he would CLEAN THE GODDAM KITCHEN >.<

So....you do in your head what every RPG player does on the computer or console. Very normal.

Story of my life. Write all about it. That's what I do, it totally helps.

It's called dis-associative thinking. I used to do it all the time. Maybe I wasn't has personally invested into the story but yea, I have to say unless you're an active writer, it is not healthy to be doing that all the time.

Maybe try putting more thought into how you can make this a preferable reality. Since everything is true. Find love, become a better person, achieve your dreams. All of it is possible, daydreaming about other lives won't help though.
