Not only on this site, but others too. Like basically whenever I read some interesting post (Ex. on Reddit), I wonder what the poster looks like (physical appearance).
I think everybody wonders this. Personally I always like seeing how some of the users on here look. Hopefully that doesn't come off as creepy.
The internet isn't a place where I would like to judge people based on appearance. We have enough of that in the real world society. Here I judge people on the value of their contributions, the originality of their ideas and how interesting they are, and the thought and effort they put into what they're typing
For the sake of some people on this site, I'll post a picture of myself within a few days.
I really should put one up. I used to, and when I grew bored and uncomfortable with that I put up a couple of pictures of me that had my face obscured. I don't feel like any of them look a thing like me now, but maybe I'll put up a more recent one soon. Watch that space.
Yeah...we all try to make a mental picture of people we communicate with, but don't see.
That's why I have mine up.
I tend to put a picture of myself up on every profile site I have, which isn't many, but meh.
