Is it normal to break out on my stomach and arms

Okay so ever since I was little I had these little bumps all over my arms,But Lately I have been getting them all over my stomach.Is there anything I can do to make them go away?

    The arms might be eczema and stomach maybe the same. It probably spread.

    For the arms I believe there is a hereditary condition called keratosis pilaris. Don't know about the ones on your stomach, though. Try exfoliating.

    Maybe you're allergic to something, like a laundry detergent or it could be one of many chronic skin disorders. Who knows. Do they itch? Try some hydrocortisone cream for a couple of weeks and see if that helps. See a doctor whenever you get a chance.
