Is it normal to bodily function in a dream, then wake up doing it in real life?

Whenever I start urinating or ejaculating in a dream, I will immediately wake up, only to find myself to continue urinating/ejaculating in real life. Is it normal?

    I used to be peeing in dreams and wake up really needing to go but never actually peeing. Also the ejaculating thing is called a wet-dream and they're really normal.
