Is it normal to blurt out stupid shit to decrease inner tension?

Sometimes, when I get really bad or embarrassing thoughts, the build-up and the anxiety I get from these thoughts results in me blurting out stupid shit, sometimes in public. I tend to say things like "Penis!" "Faggot!" "Cunt!" and yesterday I said out loud in a restaurant, "I'M GAY!!!" I become embarrassed afterwards, but the tension dies down a little afterwards.

So, did a gay guy in the restaurant asked for your number when you got out of the restaurant? By the way, I do the same thing too but I make sure I am alone in the room or somewhere else. Try to control that habit since you do it on public.

My gf does that shit at the most awkward times. Usually sex. She'll be all "mmmmm yummy cream-pie" or something like "DERM GERBILS" or something ridiculous like that because she feels uncomfortable and needs to relieve the tension with a stupid remark. It's usually funny. But sometimes it's really annoying and disgusting. Like, the last thing I wanna hear when I'm going down on u is how bad ur last period was lol. Keep it to urself ladies.

Omg, noooo you don't lol. She's literally that woman you wish you knew was crazy from the start. Or maybe I can just go back in time and punch myself really hard in the dick, then get back in my delorian/phonebooth contraption And ::poof:: no more 'dick decisions' . And I mean crazy, like knife swinging, fire setting, phone smashing, neighbors calling the cops kind of nuts. The crazy phrases TOTALLY betray the inner hellcat.

Well gee. I really think that behavior is cute. But, I would get tired of it soon.

Do you have ticks as well?

Gotta be careful with tics. It's best to remove them like a bee sting, if you don't, the head could snap off and get infected.

Very true. I hate ticks, they're so gross!

You're my favorite kind of person haha. I do the same thing sometimes but usually in private.

Just randomly yelled "Fuck you Jonathan!!!" at a seagull the other day because it wouldn't stop trying to steal my fries.

I also do this but I don't shout it, and I can control it in public. Although, sometimes it will happen when I'm out or with someone and I'm in deep thought. I often have embarrassing thoughts or dwell on an event where I was embarrassed. It's like I don't want to think about it anymore so I say something random out loud as a distraction. One time I was having one of these moments with my boyfriend, he was talking about something and I was zoning out. Out of nowhere I said in a low voice, "I love you". He just looked at me and was like "I love you too...." and laughed.

The trees are fake, the air is dead, the birds are stuffed with poison lead and the ground is much too clean.

Try masturbating to relieve tension. Monkeys do it too.
