Is it normal to believe in other dimensions?

Like say another planet and life but it's your own it's just the opposite. Say in this life you're an artist and in another you're a lawyer, or in this life you're alone but in another you're married to the one you love in this life that things never worked out with. If you've seen The Family Man, that's kind of what I'm getting at.

My ex would look up into the night sky and say things like "somewhere in the universe exists a world where we're together like we always should have been". It was sweet but sad at the same time because that's not the world I live in. Things don't fall together like you plan or wish them to, it seems they're completely random. Sorry that's totally unrelated to what I asked. I do believe in a way that there are other worlds and lives that we're living out.

  • I think there are other realties too, but we are still stuck in this one. I often think about other places I would rather be.

The other dimensions or universes may exist.
But you live in this one which we call reality.
Continue to live your life and do better, here ;)

I believe in alternate universes/dimensions. If you haven't already, you should read up on String Theory. Very, very fascinating.

I believe in different dimensions and other worlds too. I dream of living in a world that's very different (but oddly very similar at the same time) to this one.

In many ways, it's Earth's long distant "Twin". :)

That's pretty much what I belive, too! I have a similar thought:

Everyone has their own world and their own life. Like, I am myself and I am living in this world. Maybe this world is created for me to live in. And that's where the questions popped up.

Who am I? What is life? How do others really see the world? Why can't I be them? Why am I myself? What if I am the only actual person on Earth and others are like... side characters of the story? Does everyone feel this? What would happen if we all had different choices made?

Then, I found and watched a documentary about this guy, who believe there are different dimensions. Every time you make a decision, there are two choices. If you choose one, the you in the other dimension would choose the other.

that's how I feel it's just a balance, somewhere in the universe there's the side of me that's living all of my "what ifs".

You say, "Things don't fall together like you plan or wish them to."
I say, "The difference between can and can not is only 3 letters, and those 3 letters determine you life's direction."
    Think about it.
