Is it normal to believe i'll really be going home when i die?

I believe that when I depart from this world, I won't truly be dying: I'll just be going home. I'll be returning home to the planet I grew to love and accept as my own.

You know it's interesting you say that. Just this week I watched a video where they predicted what a person's view would look like if they traveled faster than light. And guess what, it looked identical to the "white light" people see in near death experiences!

Now of course I don't find that as damning evidence of the afterlife, but a funny coincidence. coughfuntousetoscrewwithsquirmyantireligionfriendscough

When I was a child I thought of life as a long dream in heaven.

I think its better to believe in that than to not. I hope when we die we will get some of the answers weve always wanted. Im not scared to die but I still want to live in this life to a decent old age.
