Is it normal to believe feminists don't actually want equality?

I'm all for equality. I think everyone should be treated equal no matter what race, gender, religion, social class, etc you are. But I don't think feminists actually want this. They want to be treated as superior to men. NOT ALL OF THEM, but a good amount.

Just one example: My feminist friend was telling me about income disparity and how her male co-workers are paid more than her. I asked if she negotiated her income. Nope. It is a fact that men negotiate income significantly more often than women. She completely rejected the idea that this might have something to do with it. Then she starts complaining that there are 10 guys and 8 girls in her office. I ask her what the gender ratio of people in her field was. Come to find out, there are way more men in the field than women. This is not equality, this is actually favoring women, yet it's still not good enough.

    I don't even think they're 100% convinced that feminism is needed.

    I mean if you refuse point blank to look at the evidence that refutes their
    arguments while actively looking for sexism, unable to find it, and so create issues of sexism such as, "mansplaining", "man spreading", and "sexist air conditioning" then maybe, just maybe, they have an issue.

    It's why I think they jump to defend other groups so much, to expand the people they want to represent for a larger chance of being relevant.

    I do feel like the group is running out of cards to play though. So many people can see what the group's about, even those that used to call themselves feminists.

      Egalitarianism (what feminism used to be) is still very much needed in places like Yemen, Afghanistan, Swedistan, and Pakistan.

      But muslims raping women in Sweden is of no concern to these feminists. Nor is it concerning the Islamic view that women are property to be used up and thrown away.

      No, what's most concerning is whether or not a big bad conservative is allowed to discuss ideas and risk triggering all the cream puffs being churned out of our colleges.

      Our leaders and media in the West welcome our conquerors and show great strength against those who would fight off these invaders but against the invaders themselves, they cannot find the strength to even get off their knees.

      They are like a shepherd who's good enough at spilling the blood of their own sheep but at knocking out the fangs of these wolves, they have no talent at all.

    They want it both ways in my experience. They want a "man to be a man"..hold doors opens, chivalrous and all, yet want as much money a man makes(which I'm not totally against), special consideration and treatment. When things don't go they're way they scream sexist, chauvinist or essentially the equivalent of rape if it'll get them further in their twisted warped view. To those like that it will always be a mans fault she hasn't got everything she feels entitled to..even if she's done absolutely nothing to earn these things. It's sad because as plainly as most can see it they've got on blinders. It shows to me a weak mind lashing out because of an unsubstantiated fear of men and the world we've made. Not all women are like this but I've met a few. I do however know that they all have certain aspects of these aforementioned things in their character. Though you may think it; honestly I'm not a woman hater. Just don't like the bitches bringing the rest of em down with them.
