Is it normal to be watched doing this?

Lately I have had the sudden urge for people to view me making a whipping motion with one of my arms, which then would eventually revert to me wanting them to see me making an unusual range of motion called a "nae nae". is this normal and can I get arrested for doing this?

    You can be flogged or even executed in some countries for even thinking about doing such a thing. And they'll know if you think about it, so be sure to wear a hat lined with tinfoil.
