Is it normal to be unable to poop just after you woke up?

I always heard people said that it is healthy to poop right after you woke up in the morning, but I can't? During each attempt in the morning, I sit on the toilet seat and try to push out any poop inside my rectum, but I end up farting for a good few minutes. However, the urge to have a bowel movement comes after I ate my breakfast or I sat in front of an operating computer. This is so frustrating because sometimes I have to take my exams early in the morning, like 8am and I usually have my breakfast at 7.15am to 7.30am. I don't want to poop during my exam since 2 hours is already considered as insufficient for me?! I'm wondering when people said they poop every morning, does it mean right after they woke up or after they took their breakfast?

What are you eating? Eat more veggies. Drink more water. You should probably drink after you have coffee because, coffee dehydrates the body.
