Is it normal to be the most popular girl at school but to still feel left out?

I do gymnastics 30 hours a week. I'm so popular at school. All the guys like me and everyone wants to be my friend because I'm nice and I care about everyone. I love it don't get me wrong! But lately I have been feeling left out. I find out at school that there was a party and I wasn't invited or people went to the movies or mall without me! My best friend says it's cuz they are jealous but I don't think that is it. I think it is because of gymnastics. And I feel my popularity slipping away from me sometimes! Is this normal? Does any one else feel this way?

It's perfectly normal to feel left out.

But, based on your submission, you seem like an egotistical twat. Therefore, you may want to reconsider exactly why you're being left out; it may not be because people are "jealous" of you.

It's going to be a shocker when you enter post-highschool life and realize your popularity means nothing to anyone at all. Please experience some sort of perspective changing revelation.

You're probably not as popular as you think you are

Its cause popularity is all that matters to you. No one wants to go out with an ego twat.
    And, youre probably 12.

Well there's a very strong possibility your living in a false sense of reality. Noone with any sort of social skills talks about popularity like you do. Try not worrying about juvenile things and get a life

First off my friends say I'm popular. And I never said they ate jealous my friend did. Second I like the popularity but I try my best to be nice to every one!!!

The problem may be that you think you're the most popular person in the school.

And thinking that this means everyone has to invite you when they make plans.

Part of growing up means understanding that not everyone is going to like you - especially if you walk around saying "I'm the most popular!".
