    single isn't necessarily better....if you're in an abusive or toxic relationship, then yes single is better but if you're afraid to commit to anyone even if you think you might share a love then thats not best either....just depends on how you value those in your life. nothing wrong with either

      Yeah I know what you mean. I think there are good and bad points about both being single and in a relationship. However being single can have the slight edge because what you get out of it is based on what you put into it. Where as being in a relationship the other person can determine what you get out of it, no matter what you put into it.

    I also voted that it's normal--meaning that if you WANT to be single, screw what anyone else thinks. I'm not 20 yet, but I don't see myself ever getting married. I like hanging out with friends, but don't even want to share my home with an animal companion, let alone a guy. I enjoy sitting in a quiet house reading or doing yoga or just lounging. Of course I'm in school right now so have a roommate, and I graduated high school a couple years ago so was with my family, but whenever I'm home alone I enjoy myself.

    Some of us just really enjoy our own company. Nothing wrong with that. Plus, no one's around to eat your last spoonful of lemon sorbet you've been saving for over a month for THAT special night.

    Didn't watch the video but theres nothing wrong with being single if thats what you want. I doubt I'll ever get married and that idea doesn't bother me at all.
