      I can't wrap my head around the mechanics involved in her tongue being on your anus while her feet are stomping on your testicles. If she is flexible enough to get her foot near her mouth I suppose its possible, but she couldn't really stomp from that position. If you were flat on your stomach with your testicles pulled behind your butt cheeks and she was dropping the back of her heel like a hammer on them, maybe.
